She guided us to mattresses that fit exactly what we were looking for. She provides above and beyond customer service. Four years ago we purchased four mattresses from Suzanne and she did a split delivery to our home and cabin 90 minutes away. We thought that was great but she recently topped it by hand delivering additional mattresses to Denver, Colorado, making sure we had them for our first night to sleep on!
