Very good customer services on day we purchase bed and end tables. Great price. Was told they will order from Sioux Falls and will be here in 15 days and could pick up at Woodbury mn store. Well on the 16th day I called store. Still in Sioux Falls and will put order in for it to be shipped. Now another 2 weeks wait. Called again and told it was still in Sioux Falls and will be another week. And was told the distribution center closed and they were having problems shipping there stuff. Which is not my problem. Manager than called me back on same day and said. It was in fridley now and it will be next week but she can call fridley store and have them get it ready and we can pick up next day. But now I have to drive to fridley to pick up. Which is 45 minutes to drive instead of 15 minutes. Which we were told it would be . No sorry . No let us deliver for free for this problem. Read reviews online and this seems to be a problem with this company. And than she told me a table. I didn’t order a table. Be careful when purchasing from this store. Cause I should not have to wait 45 days to get my order and now I am concerned about quality and warranty I cancelled my order. Can’t even post without giving them one star. I don’t want to give them one

My wife and I stopped in yesterday to look at furnishings for our new house. We are closing next month and want to get new furnishings but need to get a new bed for delivery. We had the best time mattress shopping with Shelli! We have been looking everywhere and while people were nice and helpful, Shelli was the only one who made it fun! She knows how to make mattress shopping informative and enjoyable. She showed us options based on what we were looking for which was a California King and explained the difference between the King and the California which we were so glad she did! We dont want the California! As soon as we close we will be coming back in to work with Shelli and may take advantage of her offer to come out to the house for color selections for the rest. Thank you Shelli!

On Tuesday, February 3, 2026 I went to the Furniture Mart in Woodbury, Minnesota to buy two dining chairs. The manager of the store is Mr.SirayJones. As soon as I came in Mr. Jones made me feel welcome. He took the time to help me with my purchase. Mr. Jones owns excellent managerial skills. He also possesses a very good knowledge of all the furniture in the store. Mr. Jones answered all my questions in à very detailed and straightforward manner. Because of the good experience I had at the store, I am willing to come back to this store for future purchases. After my purchase was finalized, Ms. Kelly Villalta, Assistant Manager, handled all the paperwork. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in à simple and efficient manner. She took the time to show me several samples to make my purchase easier. I certainly appreciate Mr Jones and Ms. Villalta valuable help.

Siray approached me in the store and asked if I needed help. He was very pleasant and asked if I needed help finding something. When I said I was 'just looking,' he briefly told me about the present sale. The store and furniture were quite nice since taking over after Becker Furniture. Very attractive store! I did find an accessory item to buy and Siray gladly went to check the stockroom for it. The store had the item and I bought it. I will return again to this store in Woodbury for future purchases.

Shelli was amazing with helping pick the best mattress for me. She asked many questions and had me try many mattresses based on the answers to find one that works well you me. I went in planning to buy one brand and went with a completely different one. Shelli is very kind, honest with guests, and extremely knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back just to work with her again!
