Mattress Gallery at P.C. Richard & Son

I just bought a recliner and just got my sister a new one Paul helped so much and this place is cheap and affordable

Jennifer was amazing....good customer service thank you.

I had a sales person named thaung. He was very helpful and got us everything we needed. I highly recommend to Ask for him.

Beware of this store.NO RETURNS ALLOWED….We bought a space heater exactly about a week ago.Opened it and realized it’s not the same thing we saw at Costco similarly priced of same brand and category but definitely far better with digital control and remote compared to pc’s manual control. We decided to return it today. The manager we talked to clearly stated that no return allowed despite the printout in the receipt.Item being return in all the packaging and labels intact. Is this PC Richard’s new policy or it’s just a self imposed policy of this particular store? Can the upper management enlighten us if this is the new policy of this company. The manager probably realizing the would be repercussion of his action decided to give us a store credit but not after awhile probably thinking that we’ll just accede to his words. But definitely insist NO RETURNS ALLOWED…..

I was extremely satisfied with the service Mr. Mike Greenfield provided me in purchasing a refrigerator. He took the time and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted.
