Mattress Gallery at P.C. Richard & Son

I always have a great experience at the PC Richard & Son in Elmont. Amelia truly stands out with her wonderful personality, patience, and impressive product knowledge—she always makes the entire process easy and enjoyable. Roland was equally fantastic: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful in making sure all our questions were answered. And a big shoutout to their manager, Ricky, for running such a professional, customer-focused team. You can really feel the positive culture in this store. This type of service is not something you'll get at those nationwide competitors. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and expertise!

Have been looking for a desktop computer with so many options the task became tedious to say the least. Mike Diaz made the process so much easier. Extremely helpful and patient. Also had significant product knowledge of all the brands. Made the buying process easier and took care of me making sure I got the warranty I needed cause you never know! Highly recommend you to ask for him the next time you go to PC Richard’s.
