As soon as Cheryl noticed that we were looking at TV area in the store, she approached us if she can assist us. we’ve been eyeing on this 86” TV that I had on the cart for days and she accommodated us and walked us through the process of buying it in person, very smooth process and took less than 30 mins at the store. She is very kind, built the rapport easily and answered all our questions and concerns. Will definitely go back to this store because of her professionalism and ofc, the good deals of PC RICHARD & SON.
