Mattress Gallery at P.C. Richard & Son

I called the day before because I knew that I wanted to go there and make appliance purchases. The gentleman who answered the phone, Mr. Mohamed told me what time the store opened the next day and he stated that he would be there. So I gave him my name, and I told him that I would be there at 9 AM when I got to the store today. Mr. Mohamed was not in the front but I asked one of the young gentlemen there and I told them that I'm here to see Mohamed. So Mohamed was in the back, he came to the front, and I reminded him that I had called the day before. And I gave him my name, I knew what I wanted to purchase. I was very specific. I needed a microwave, refrigerator and a dishwasher. I had already gone online, and one of my purchases was not available in the store. But he ordered it, and we will be getting it in three weeks. Mr. Mohamed was very professional. He was very courteous. He was very respectful and he went out of his way to help us PC. Richards should be honored to have Mr. Mohamrd, working for them. And because of him, I would definitely go to the gateway store again. Normally I go to the Ralph Avenue store. This is my first time going to the PC Richards at gateway. It was a good experience.

Mike was and is incredible. He's always so knowledgeable and helpful and has such a naturally pleasant disposition about him. He went over and beyond to correct our issues and to aid my mom and I in getting everything we needed with a beautiful unique fridge. We went the first time and encountered him. He knows a lot about a lot and it takes off a great deal of stress. Amazing personality he has and our entire experience with him has been wonderful. The second time around we came to make a final decision and was grateful that he was there to help execute everything for us. He's the only representative we will work with. If he isn't there we'll return when he's back! He's amazing.

Today was a great day!! Evens was super helpful. He was patient, compassionate and understanding to her needs. He took the time to explain everything to her. Ultimately making her comfortable. I was extremely impressed by the customer service. He was great! I definitely will come back again.

Mike was very knowledgeable about the products. His experience helped us (my husband and I) to select the correct size refrigerator that is suitable for our kitchen space. He was very pleasant to us. We asked questions and he answered. The stress we had going in the store was alleviated before we got out. If we need to make another purchase we would certainly choose Mike to help us.
