Mattress Gallery at P.C. Richard & Son

I am a loyal PC Richard's customer for over 30 years every appliance and mattress is from them. The best without exception salesperson is Eric. He is knowledgeable caring and honest. Ask for him!! Highly recommend

I recently ordered a new refrigerator and a new stove after waiting for my delivery I wasn’t able to get my stove or my refrigerator through the door. The men that came were very rude and disrespectful. The first time they left without even telling me that they left very unprofessional and they had an attitude the whole time as soon as they came into my house instead of helping me find a solution. The second time I had to reschedule everything this time I was able to get my stove in and the guys that came this time were very nice and they did try to help me with the door but come to find out I had one of the screws were stripped in the door, so I tried to get a handyman that I know next-door he was able to come and he just now found a solution for me so now this will be the third time for my refrigerator to come and hopefully it will be in place but I’ve always bought my appliances from P.C. Richard. They’ve always had really great prices and their warranties are very good they’re longer than any other warranty that I know from any other type of establishment like this it’s worth the money because I’m in the past I’ve had to have my refrigerator replaced and I didn’t have to pay a dime and the only reason why I gave them four stars is because of the rude behavior from the two guys that came from the very beginning.

Purchased 2 washers and a dryer What we picked out was more expensive and not well made Thanx w HOLLY, our salesperson showed us what was better made. Price was great included the installation in New Jersey which is free. Can u imagine!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Pc Richard on Flatbush Avenue. Holly is the the best salesperson! She is so knowledgeable and helpful and I recommend that you see her for whatever you need! She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Yosef is very knowledgeable. Be prepared to hear a lot of information! Great service.
