Outstanding Service from Manager Anthony Roza! I had an amazing experience at the PC Richard & Son Deer Park location thanks to Manager Anthony Roza. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Anthony truly cares about his customers and makes sure you walk out happy. If you’re shopping at this store, make sure to ask for Anthony — he’s the best! Highly recommend this location for exceptional customer service.
View on GoogleWe went there for a new microwave as we bought out last 3 appliances there and have always had a good experience. They were having a power issue and could not write up sales. They called in our sales to another store, had them write it up and all went smoothly. I thought that was going above and beyond.
