I had such a wonderful experience with Jodi from this location. I purchased a few lamps from her and she was so nice to try them all out for me and make sure they worked before we ran the purchase through. I definitely will be contacting her next time. I’m in need of any furnishings or decor. It was a pleasure.

Basit was easy to deal with and helped us decide on a sectional. We really loved the Portman. He explained why it was a good idea to get the platinum coverage as well. Would highly recommend him and Raymour for all your furniture needs.

Steven was incredibly helpful during a very stressful situation. Earlier that day, the couch I had ordered from another place would not fit my space, and after already being without a couch for three weeks, I felt overwhelmed and called this location. Steven immediately stepped in, listened to what I needed, and helped me find a great alternative within the same day. He was honest, patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He made the entire process feel easy and reassuring when I really needed the help. Steven truly turned my day around, and I am so grateful for his kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience working with Steve. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I needed, especially since I deal with back pain, and walked me through different options without any pressure. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, and I ended up choosing a mattress that feels perfect for me. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for honest guidance and great customer service.
