Mattress Gallery

I just replaced my mattress after buying a very expensive one 3 years ago and I wish I would have found Mattress Gallery 3 yrs ago. The place I purchased from 3 yrs ago would not help me and the manufacturer of the mattress was no help either. I had excellent service and love my new mattress from Mattress Gallery. Al even offered to help with my issue with the old mattress knowing it would maybe cost him a sale, but I was so pleased with his knowledge and the service that I went ahead and purchased a new one from Mattress Gallery. I even upgraded in the size of my mattress from a queen to a king and got a better price. Al I really appreciated doing business with you. My dog Coco Chanel and love our mattress. Very friendly and patient.. I tried several mattress and went back and forth on the two I was interested in. I was not pressured or felt like I needed to make a quick decision. He was very kind and patient and gave very informative advice on each mattress. He allowed me to lay and roll as much as I needed until I decided on which mattress I prefered. We were very pleased with choosing Mattress Gallery to purchase our mattress. They wasted no time at all with delivery and set up too.

I know this review might sound generic, but we genuinely had an exceptional experience here! The owner, Al, took the time to help us find exactly what we needed. When our particular situation came up in conversation, he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Far beyond what we ever would have expected! We're keeping the details private, but trust us when we say this is someone who genuinely cares about his customers. We can't recommend this shop highly enough!

It was a super easy and pleasant experience shopping and buying a mattress from Mattress Gallery! There were plenty of options to try and Al was knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering and buying and delivery was easy and Al did a great job of communicating with us through it all.
