Rented a 6x12 foot trailer last week. Glad I got the big one! Holds a lot, and I had more than I thought. All good, very clean trailer, like new. Contract and paperwork handled in a professional manner. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! This is a small town, and it's just a one person operation. So it's good to be a little patient if he has several customers at once. He showed me a return trailer someone dropped off dirty. Its so easy to just sweep them clean. We are fortunate he is open Saturdays too! Thanks!

View on Google10/10 customer service from Leo when my uhaul reservation got absolutely messed up by another location. He got us completely squared away, was an absolute pleasure to work with, very kind. We love supporting local business, come check out his mattress selection, bed frames, and other furniture!! This is a good man who will do what he can to help you!!
View on GoogleThe computer was acting up but he was open and had equipment. No other uhaul around was open. Must have called 40 local area stores. 2 others that answered the phone didn't have equipment. Thank you for the help. To be fair I only picked up. Update. The reason I am changing this of I got over charged on returning the truck. Apparently the dispatcher enters a mileage to get you whatever price. I just got hit for another $60. The mileage I was given was like going directly from this store to the return center. You have to pick stuff up and get gas.
View on GoogleGot charged a cleaning fee when it was returned spotless. We swept out the back of the truck and it was exactly as we got it, but still charged $25. When I inquired, was told to take it up with the 800 number. Honestly, I don't have the time or energy to spend an hour fighting for my $25 back. The actual truck we got which was the site's own truck, not one that circulates, was a it scary. The transmission sounds like it needs some work, the passenger side door would not shut well, and overall could use some tlc. We were just happy it got us to our destination and back without breaking down.
