Mattress Guys Azle

UPDATED POST + RATING: Went to pick up my new mattress from a new employee. I paid over $1k and expected to receive a new mattress. I purchased 3 total and they didn’t have a queen in stock, but they said they could order it. A month goes by and I hear nothing, so I call in. They say I can come pick it up on Monday. I call Monday and they say Tuesday. When I get there to pick up the mattress it is not rolled like the other two I bought new. The man ensured me that it was new and sometimes they get unrolled. I have attached photos of my “NEW” mattress when we took it out of the mattress bag. New management/employees are not great and lie about mattresses being new. I’m livid. Mattress Guys Azle exceeded my expectations. Lacey has so much knowledge about mattresses and was able to answer all of our questions. The service is phenomenal. She helped us so much without being pushy or trying to sell us something we didn’t want. If you need a new mattress, you should definitely visit Mattress Guys Azle to feel like you’re buying a mattress from a friend.

I love this store, we got a great deal on a full size mattress and sheets for my son. We went to 3 mattress stores before ending up at Mattress Guys on Main st. in Azle, Texas. THANK YOU LACEY, YOURE THE BEST!

I’m so excited! I purchased a beautiful mattress yesterday from Lacey. I had been looking but couldn’t make the decision on which one. Lacy is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She is an awesome sales person with an easy personality. very honest and genuine. I would definitely recommend The Mattress Guy.

Lacey was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a breeze to work with. Couldn’t have asked for a better mattress buying experience. Normally we shop online because it’s just easier but I’m so glad we stopped in and left with our amazing new bed!

If you are in need of a mattress this is the place to go! Their prices are great and their customer service is outstanding! Lacey is very knowledgeable and eager to help you get exactly what you are looking for. I was shopping for a queen mattress but after the great experience I had with Lacey at Mattress Guys I am now looking to upgrade our other mattresses. Thank you Lacey for making my mattress purchase the easiest one yet. You rock!
