We had a great experience at this mattress store. We discussed with Kathy our needs and budget, she offered a few suitable options and clearly explained price/quality dependency that helped us make a decision. Filling the order, she also walked us through the warranty and return policy in detail. Delivery was in less than 24 hours and right on time. The team also picked up our old mattress as a part of the delivery service, which saved us time of figuring out recycling on our own. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this store.

When I phoned the store "Kathy" was helpful and answered a bunch of my preliminary questions. When I stopped in later, she directed toward the mattress I had inquired about and answered my further questions. The entire buying experience was top-notch--I would recommend the story based on her professionalism and pleasant attitude alone. But there is more, as there were a zillion mattresses on display.

Went to the 4th St.N St.Pete store and was helped by salesman Ron. He was attentive to our needs and very helpful in pointing out mattresses that we wanted within our budget. Would recommend this store to others. Delivery will be the next day taking into our timefame also.

They have been very accommodating with us. We were flooded over a year ago and we have had to change delivery dates for over a year. Today we needed to add a bed frame to our order for delivery on Friday. It was so easy and salesman was so nice. He made sure the frame would be part of the original order. Would recommend anyone to do business with them.

I received excellent service from the time I walked through the door. The gentleman that assisted me was kind and patient with me. I explained I was on a budget and told him what I was able to spend and he thrilled that I had that information for him because it made it easy for him to point me in the right direction.
