Salesman Chris was fantastic. We came in looking for a couch for my teenage son. He introduced us to "the beast" and my son fell in love. He was very helpful and informative about the stain protection spray to keep the fabric safe from my teenager which I appreciated. The couch was even in stock so we were able to pick up at the warehouse same day. Warehouse staff were also very helpful and professional getting the monstrous thing in my truck. Thank you for helping us find the perfect addition to my son's room.

My husband and I were shopping for a sectional for our living room, and we decided to stop by Kane’s. We’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked through the door, Samantha was so helpful! She was friendly, personable, and professional. It was obvious she truly cared about making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Samantha helped make our couch shopping experience unforgettable!

My husband and I decided to stop by Kanes looking for a sofa. We were greeted by an older gentleman, I do not remember his name but he had on bright blue sleeves under his t’shirt and some funky blue shoes to match. He followed us around to give us some ideas, then he showed us to what we believe was a discounted area in the back. He then disappeared and we found him on the way out sitting at the front. As we were leaving, he jumped up and asked if we had found anything, and handed us his business card for when we come back. We smiled and said thank you. Unfortunately, we tossed his card and will not be back. It’s hard to make a purchase, when you can’t find your salesman. We had many questions on several items and he definitely missed out. We took our business to Ashley Furniture.

I just happened to pass this store on my way to look for a couch . I just moved to town the day before . What a wonderful surprise! I found a sofa that has liked very much (at a great price ). I left the store to look elsewhere. I looked at a few other stores but returned quickly to Kane's and bought my couch ! Catherine and the rest of the crew were so warm and helpful. It felt like an old time family store. Also, their inventory was enormous. The best part ? The sofa is being delivered tomorrow. Can’t wait to enjoy it in my own home 🩷

Roland was super helpful with my furniture today not pushy but knowledgeable. I’m glad I happen to stop by last minute. I got a whole bedroom set and now we’re gonna look for dining room and some more rugs for the rest of the house so happy to finally be done with this purchase, Roland made it simple and helped me make some decisions.
