The service I received from David Karlak was exceptionally professional. We spoke by phone first and when I arrived he had my last purchase details available from more than 10 years ago! He was attentive in listening to what features were important to me. He presented a nice selection of mattresses and described the differences in each. The entire process was seamless and I am comfortable that he provided me the best possible price available. My mattress arrives in less than 48 hours. Definitely customer focused service!
