I have bought two major appliances: a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Sales people are friendly and informational on each. The delivery people we’re the best.

I had a dishwasher installed at my home today. My parents were buying it for me, as a birthday and Christmas gift. They worked with Gus on the phone for the purchase of it and they are in the Durango area, but we had no issues with them installing it for me, here in the Fruita area. Also the prices for delivery and installation were far more reasonable than either Lowe’s or Home Depot. Both gentlemen, who introduced themselves by name, though I can’t remember them at this time, were very polite and helpful. They made it a very seamless install. They removed the old one and installed the new one really very quickly and correctly. I would recommend them to anyone needing appliances and will reach out to them for future appliances.

I started my search at the big box stores before purchasing from Appliance Factory. I didn’t have to track down a sales associate like I did elsewhere. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in making a purchasing decision. My new washer and dryer were delivered and set up within days. I will be back for all future appliance purchases.

The delivery drivers were very polite and professional at all times. I felt comfortable leaving the house while they brought in our new dryer while my wife is there. They also hooked everything up for her which I greatly appreciate. Great experience

I started shopping at 2 big box stores in town. I left frustrated, without knowing anymore than when I went into the other stores. When I entered Appliance Factory the salesman Jay educated me on a few features that are now available on washers and dryers. I was sold and received delivery the next day.
