Mattress Man and More

What an absolutely pleasant and professional experience. From my first phone call, to the in store visit and purchase to the delivery. Everything was handled exactly as I expected it should and would be. I was directed to a mattress set that would accommodate my needs and the showroom manager (Jose), even helped to set up the mattresses in a way that most closely mirrors our set up at home, so I could gauge the firmness. And when it was delivered, I received exactly what I paid for and the price and quality was and remains excellent. It was a lovely little bonus to meet and receive love from the delivery drivers little French Bulldog. We also have one so that tells me a lot about the person right there. They CHOOSE their owners and it’s obvious if they aren’t happy. This little girl was a delight and so sweet. Beautiful. Whoever is writing about any negative experiences here must be talking about one of the other “firm mattress” stores. Lol. From the first phone call to THAT company it was nothing but rude and uninformative behavior. We didn’t even go anywhere else after talking to the mattress man people. I may need another one in a few weeks and I won’t go anywhere else. I see why they have been in business there for over a decade. Keep up the great work guys

Have bought mattresses from the Mattress, man and more for the last 10 years. Highly recommended. Great customer service and great value.

Worst place to buy furniture. Trust me. When a mattress comes in a 18''x18''x4' box run. Just looking to make a sale. they don't tell you exactly what the product will look like when you pick it up at the warehouse buy then it's to late, no refunds. look elsewhere trust me.

Shady business tactics. The guy who sold me the mattress was nice enough, but when I verified that the mattress was in stock and would be delivered on time, and a completely different mattress was delivered I was shocked. The delivery people were rude, brought the mattress in saying it was an upgrade as they didn't have the one I ordered. Then they just dropped the mattress and box springs and left. Didn't even put them on the frame. When I uncovered the box springs, there were holes in them. The mattress was for my guest room and I just moved it to my room. It is not an upgrade at all. A complete downgrade. I support small businesses, but definitely do not recommend getting a mattress here. "What you pay for is what you get" definitely did not happen here. This place has ALWAYS been great. Wonderful prices, and good quality mattresses. Over the years I've gotten 4 mattresses there, and will continue to be a returning customer. The workers are always polite and help you to find the right matress for your needs/wants.
