Yarnell at sleep number on camelback is absolutely the best salesman. He went above and beyond to find a pillow in stock at another location for us. We are visiting from out of town and needed to make a purchase same day. I would Recommend him and this store to anyone shopping for a new mattress or pillow. Truly appreciated the great customer service

I had a great experience at this location. After seeing a few negative reviews online, I was a little skeptical. So glad I didn’t listen to others and had my own experience. Chris was amazing and not pushy or sales type at all. Being in sales myself, I really appreciate genuine conversations and knowledge. We tried a lot of beds and after finding the best fit.. I left the store still unsure as I had looked at so many beds. I had a store credit card which helped financially as the beds are not cheap so that played a role in my decision! Paying it off over time was a benefit. But the reason I bought is not because of financing but because Chris offered me a really great deal. He threw in some free items which I was grateful for and made my experience really easy. A bed is a big commitment and you want to feel comfortable with the company you use. The bed was delivered today. I changed my delivery date last minute thanks to Chris’s help and the delivery teams called and gave wonderful communication. They were sooo professional and nice! Honestly very high level service feeling. I’m so glad everything went exactly as planned and they delivered exactly what they said!! SOOO EXCITED TO TRY OUT MY NEW BED TONIGHT! Been in pain for awhile on my past bed that wasn’t working for my body anymore! Thanks Chris and delivery team for making this experience great. Highly recommend this store!

I purchased an ILE queen on 11-16 and was told delivery would occur on 11-26. 10 days seemed like a long time to wait for such an expensive mattress ($2,749) but I understood these things take time. Took 11-26 off of work, to make sure I was available during the delivery window Sleep Number provided me of 2:08pm - 5:08pm. Heard nothing all day, but then got an email and a text update at 4:41pm saying the delivery was on its way. I waited until after 5:30pm and still no delivery. I called the Sleep Number store, and was told that I had missed my delivery because the delivery driver "couldn't get a hold of me." I was understandably frustrated, since no one called, texted or came to my door. I understand the delivery driver being anxious to get home on the day before Thanksgiving, but this was ridiculous. I then asked when I could expect delivery. I was told the soonest they had available now was December 8. Four weeks from purchase! I asked about being refunded the $250 delivery fee, and was told no. This is an incredibly frustrating experience, considering I spent $2,749 on the mattress, $250 on delivery and another $50 on a remote. I have recently been experiencing serious medical issues and purchased this mattress to help alleviate symptoms, so every delay from Sleep Number just adds unnecessary discomfort that I could have found relief from already if I had purchased from someone else. I went to Sleep Number and paid their premium prices expecting premium service - so far, they've done nothing but leave me frustrated. I will never recommend or do business with Sleep Number again.

Super helpful with selecting a bed and made it so I can choose for free delivery or pickup myself. Excellent service.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service – No Accountability My wife scheduled an appointment with Sleep Number to have our bed assembled the afternoon we moved into our new home. They confirmed the afternoon appointment twice. The night before the appointment, we received a text saying the crew would be coming in the morning instead. We immediately called back and explained again, that the movers were bringing our belongings Friday morning, so the bed had to be installed in the afternoon. They confirmed (again) that it was updated. Day of move-in? Another text saying they were on the way in the morning. When we called customer service, the representative was rude, dismissive, and said they “can’t control when the technicians show up,” even though we had a confirmed time window. Then we were told we’d have to wait another 10 days and they didn’t care at all that we would be sleeping in a new house without a bed. When I asked for a manager, I was told “I am the manager and there’s nothing we can do.” This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and absolutely horrible customer service. We spent a lot of money on this bed and expected better. Instead, we’re stuck in our home with no bed for 10 days because Sleep Number can’t honor its own scheduling nor take responsibility for it. Never again. Avoid this company unless you’re okay with broken promises and zero accountability The bed sucks fyi. Going with Beauty rest Black. Less money and way more comfortable.
