She was pleasant without being overbearing. We never felt pressured by her and she made sure we were able to utilize a promotion going on at the time to get a mattress protector with our new bed. Was able to find a new pillow and after trying it out for a few weeks I no longer have any pain in my neck or back. Very grateful for Candi, she is fantastic and highly recommend visiting for any sleep issues.
