Wes greeted me as I walked in today. Was just beginning my mattress search, explained my back issues, and 30 minutes later I had a perfect fit and purchase. Wes listened and explained the different features very clearly that would accommodate me. Cannot wait to receive my new mattress later this week! Terrific experience!

We had a great experience with Mattress Man Store on Fairview. We purchased a mattress for the delivery and were delayed a few days due to a mix up. The store upgraded our mattress to one that was $1700 more than the one we ordered, and we love it. We have a very challenging staircase at home. The guys who made the delivery were extremely professional and somehow got the king mattress upstairs. They were defeated by the box springs though, and came back later in the day with platforms to replace the box springs. 10/10 would recommend. Overall it was a great experience and this company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

Anyone who has mattress shopped knows what a miserable experience it can be, and has experienced the big box stores where they will inevitably try to talk you into a 5-10k$ bed, most often a TempurPedic. It was awful. Stopped in this place right before we were about to give up and just stick with the bed we already had, we had pretty much talked ourselves out of upgrading because the experience was so annoying. This place was great. Bought an amazing mattress for a great price, and the sales people were kind and genuine and let us make our own decisions, and didn't try to force the most expensive bed in the store on us. When they delivered it, there was a manufacturer defect with the adjustable base we had bought. They left the base with us while they ordered another one, and the manager called and personally apologized. We were leaving to go out of town that day, and as soon as we got back they delivered the new base, which they had upgraded to a nicer model for the inconvenience. Five star service and a five-star experience, and the fact that it's locally owned and operated makes it all even better. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The true measure of a business is how it handles needs and issues after the sale. A feature which is important to us had been discontinued on our newly delivered adjustable bases. The store staff was unaware. Our sales person Adam and his general manager Wes responded by ordering a new fully featured set and arranging an exchange. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and offered an apology for any inconvenience. We are also sleeping better and getting up pain free because of the help we had in choosing the right product. This is THE place to shop for a mattress !!

Wes was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He told me where to look based on my expectations. Once I decided what I wanted he made the price so affordable. I highly recommend Wes with Mattress Man!
