The quality of my furnature is excellent but, where they really shine is the service I receive. I have been going through the muck with an outside moving service who lost my sofa and I had to go in there to see if Ashley could replace it. They took excellent care of me and went above and beyond what they had to do because the gentleman helping me heard the entire conversation I was having negotiating with these shady movers who were trying to get out of covering the cost of the sofa. I will definitely shop with Ashley. Great job guys.

He explained value and deals as well as better quality and less expensive. He wasn’t pushy. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the furniture. He explained so many different options but gave us freedom to choose. We were very satisfied with our purchases and Charles hospitality.
