View on GoogleI hate to do a bad review but I am very upset. I bought a beautiful mattress May of 2024. I was the only one sleeping on it until April of this year. After two months of sleeping/ not sleeping with my husband the mattress has since started sagging so bad. my husband and I end up in the center because there is so much sagging. we literally are not even able to get a full nights sleep our backs are killing us. etc.I called the location we bought this from and the gentleman told me that it was no longer under warranty thru the store. he said the manufactorer makes it really difficult to get a warranty honored, BUT if we want to pay $ 50 they will come out and the sag has to be an inch and a half from the ruler that they place from the edge to the center. He was very unhelpful and discouraging.I can not believe we invested in a 2000.00 mattress and after a year it is awful????

Diane our sales lady was super kind and easy to work with and our delivery guys were beyond professional and courteous. There was a problem with an item essentially not being put on the truck and the owner went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered to my home while the guys were still there to assemble everything. Talk about superb customer service!!! Just truly impressed with, and beyond grateful for the overall service of everyone involved in the whole process! Well done, Mattress Market!!!
