We had a great experience with Sean Stockman at Mattress Firm in Vero Beach! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We asked tons of questions having done (too much) research into mattresses. He had all the answers without the heavy sales pitch which was perfect for us. We left one store last night to come home and discuss it, called Sean with more questions and returned to see him again today. Mattress Firm’s offer of up to 72 months financing at 0% interest was also very helpful! Overall, so far, a great experience. We’re expecting delivery, set up and removal of our old mattress in 3 days!

Nicholas (Nick) was very very helpful and patient. He is also very friendly and can work with you. We went in just looking and then we ended up leaving with a delivery coming on Friday!! Thanks to him, we can sleepy comfortably!! Ask for him and you will not be disappointed. We loved his energy as well!

Steve was a nice guy, I’m usually pretty good at judging people on first impressions and even though he was a sales guy, I believe he was sincere and honest. Seemed straightforward and let my wife and I go through the store and make our own decision, while helping with any questions. All together a good experience couldn’t have asked for much more. If any bumps come up along the way I will post an update, but I’m not worried about that happening. Thank you Steve.
