Mattress Firm Miracle Mile

So I was helping my mother buy some new mattresses for her house. She needed two. So we hit many local mattress places. City Furniture, City Mattress, Mattress Barn and Mattress Firm. And Mattress firm was the only store that made us feel like they weren’t trying to upsell us. The guy Mario who helped us was AMAZING! We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found the perfect mattress for the both of us on the FIRST TRY! I even went all over the store trying out different beds and sure enough, the guy found the correct one for myself and my mother from the jump! We got a queen for the guest room where I sleep when I visit and a Cal-King for her room. Im also a veteran and he was able to get me a discount ON TOP of the Memorial Day sale they were doing. We got two DreamCloud Mattresses, an adjustable base and free delivery for right at 3k. Of course we benefitted from the 60% off Memorial Day sale. But still, we got one heck of a deal, out the door and delivered! After all the mattress places we went to, we decided to go with the last one we visited because they made us feel like they were actually trying to find us the right mattress instead of trying to sell us the most expensive mattress they carried! This morning even before opening hours Chris provided outstanding service focusing in for a replacement of a foundation and mattress for my guest room. He was very astute in directing me to what could and couldn’t be assembled by the warehouse as I am an elderly customer who cannot accommodate drop off of on line items. Vincent was very informative about bed features. He totally understood what I was trying to accomplish in buying a bed for my elderly mother. Her foam mattress was making it too difficult to get up out of bed because it engulfs you. We purchased an innerspring mattress with a plush top and an adjustable base. It will help my mother from a safety and comfort perspective. We were not pressured and delivery / set up is in one week.
