Extremely rude people working in the store. Complaining about the door buzzer and making derogatory comments. Won’t ever be back in that store.
View on GoogleMy husband and i purchased a bed set for ourselves and mattresses for our children today and we were met with EXCELLENT customer service! Our salesman was so kind and patient. He made sure we knew and understood our purchase terms and helped us choose the right mattress for our budget! I highly recommend them! Still getting used to the mattress though! Hopefully we enjoy it! Gonna give it a couple weeks to adjust! 🙂🙂thank you mattress and more!

View on GoogleBought a mattress from mattresses and more. Spent $800 dollars. No finance. Paid for. The bed now is sinking in, so I call the warranty company the store provided me. The warranty office said that bed is not manufactured by them. The owner told me the warranty he gave me was never given to me. I gave them opportunity with the warranty company on the phone. They then accused me verses the warranty company. I am starting a class action against them. Who else has been scammed.
View on GoogleThe product it self is great product but the customer service stinks! I bought whole bedroom suite and special ordered a media cabinet. To the tune of about $1500.When it was delivered I told the driver the 1 pc. was wrong. He told me he has delivered the wrong one and he would go back to the store and exchange it. He left the wrong one here at my home. 1 week later the exchange had not been made so I called the store. I was upset and frustrated to say the least so when I gave my complaint I was not met with kindness and problem solving but insulting and horrible customer service which only fueled my anger more.This ruined my experience with them all together. I had intended to buy a mattress next with them but I will gladly pay more somewhere else now that will treat me better if I have a issue.
