Mattress Firm Clearance Center Griffin

My husband and I stopped in this last Wednesday and worked with Jesse. He was amazing!!! I thought for sure we knew what we wanted and he showed us those options. However, he talked with me and my husband about how we slept: our sleep disruptors and different positions. He showed us more mattresses and really spoke from experience. I laid on a few and for the first time in a LONG TIME - I didn't want to get out of them!! 😆 The price, warranty and pillows were perfect. Thank you for such a positive experience. (And, incredible side note - we brought our toddler and they were so sweet with her!)

We went to the griffin location on June 14th,2026 . We spent near 5k for a queen size mattress and frame promised delivery on that Tuesday 16th . Get a phone call that our mattress and stuff wouldn't be delivered until the Saturday the 20th . Here it is July 3rd and waiting on a phone call that was told we would get 6:30-7:30 for a delivery for july4th . We'll still nothing . The sales guy is there to make a commission and beef up the sale but thus entire process is a joke and disappointing when they got there money and blowing smoke to us about this entire deal. I would not recommend this company and very disappointed by all of this . Jessie was our sales guy great customer service but again he was trying to make a sale .

Stanley was absolutely fantastic with helping us find a new mattress that fits our needs. He made our process hands down the easiest and most thorough experience, with giving us multiple options to try but first asking us about our sleep style and experiences!!! Will definitely be back for any of our mattress buys, cause Stanley himself made it easy and efficient.

Trey went above & beyond to help me get my mom & dad just the right mattresses so they’d each be comfortable on a split king bed after my mom’s discharge from rehabilitation. It was crucial they be able to sleep in the same room for mom’s safety. After 15+ years of sleeping in separate bedrooms so they could get some rest due to their different sleep styles, they no longer had that option since mom needs someone close by at night for safety while she recovers. I had a lot of questions for Trey & a big time limitation to get this done, but Trey was so easy to work with. He helped my family at a very difficult time. He took great care of us & he was genuine & kind. I couldn’t have found a better person or company to handle this need!

Trey was very helpful when I was trying to troubleshoot the issue with my adjustable base. When we felt the base needed to be replaced, he walked me through the entire purchase of a new comparable base! Great experience!
