Mattress Nation - Santa Cruz

Great selection. Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. We ended up buying a mattress after our first visit even though we were just looking. Would recommend anyone locally visit this store.

We have now bought two mattresses here from Martin. He is so good at providing thorough information while also not trying to sell you on something you don’t need. And delivery/old mattress pickup couldn’t be smoother. We are so glad to be supporting our local business, and our mattresses have been exactly what we wanted!

I’m happy with both my mattress purchased recently and the service I have received. Marty has been very quick to respond whenever I called or went into the Pacific Ave location. He gives full attention when helping me. And Harrison was very helpful when I called to check on my scheduled delivery. He fixed a glitch in the delivery time immediately, and made sure all went smoothly. I feel well taken care of as both employees were thoughtful, thorough, and went beyond normal service to handle my concerns. I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks guys!

Came in last week on Wednesday , looking around for a new mattress and was greeted by Martin who was amazing on his customers services and we were able to get what a was looking for the price range I had in mind. Pick it up couple days later quick delivery and he went beyond customer service on helping me deliver my mattress him self. 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were dreading buying a new mattress; but Martin made the process easy. He gave us info when we asked and also let us just explore without any pushy salesperson stuff. Great experience! We also liked being able to feel the mattresses in real life and buy from a real person in town. Thank you!
