Mattress Nation - Monterey

We highly recommend Mattress Nation. We needed a new mattress and went to all the national chains. Everything was over priced and high pressure sales. Andrew at Mattress Nation - Monterey was patient and very helpful. He helped us select a mattress that fit our needs, patiently letting us move back and forth comparing the feel of different ones. He gave us a good quote without pressuring us. After doing more comparison shopping, we returned and purchased a mattress from Mattress Nation, they had the best price, best customer service and a good selection. Communications were easy and not pressured. Delivery was right on time with a friendly crew that was careful in placing the new mattress in our home. If we need another mattress, Mattress Nation will be our only stop.

Five Stars for Frances and the Delivery Team!I had an incredible experience purchasing my new bed. Frances did an amazing job helping me find just the right mattress. I easily get overwhelmed by too many choices and large amounts of information to process, especially when money is involved. She was fantastic at helping me identify and prioritize my needs so I could make a decision I felt truly good about.I absolutely love my new Avocado Mattress! To make things even better, the delivery and installation team were punctual, efficient, and professional. Setting up the entire bed, including the frame and headboard, could not have been quicker or easier.I highly recommend seeking out Frances if you want a stress-free shopping experience and top-tier customer service!

Mike from Mattress Nation was awesome to work with and I couldn't be happier with my mattress. Their customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend them for your next mattress. You'll also want to check out an adjustable base, which adds another level of comfort to your mattress.

Purchased a floor model pillow from the website that turned out to be unavailable. They ended up offering their brand new model (in the box) for an extra $20 then what they were asking for the floor model (which was already half the retail price). Wonderful experience as I live out of state and accidentally selected “pick up order” from their store and they ended up paying for the shipping as I live outside of California.

We had a great shopping experience. Andrew was able to walk us through the differences in the Tempur-pedic line, which is what we were pretty sure we wanted, but he helped us make sure to get the right one. We also like that the delivery is in-house, not a third-party contractor. We will do business with Mattress Nation again.
