We purchased a twin mattress and frame from the owner after clearly explaining that we needed our king-size mattress and frame removed. The owner agreed to this at the time of payment. However, when delivery day came, they only delivered the twin mattress and frame and removed the king-size mattress, but refused to take the king-size frame as originally promised. Very disappointing experience because the agreement was not honored. Not a great experience at all. Please make sure you have everything in writing because anything orally agreed will not be done. On top of that he didn’t even put together the twin bed frame. Prices are great But make sure you have help taking out your bed frame and putting together the one you purchase.
