The worst customer service . Guy tells me delivery will be there at 10 am I have called him over 20 times and got a different answer every time and was told the delivery person was on the way. It’s 5 pm and now they don’t answer. This place sucks and I hope it gets shut down for wasting my whole day.

I am a returning customer (7 mattresses) and many, many recommendations to multiple co-workers. I am SUPER disappointed and SUPER embarrassed for the owner Jorge Gonzalez. He has been pushing myself and my family aside for several weeks now with promises of making up for an huge error from a new sales person on her 1st day of work. He apologized and explained that she has 0 (zero) experience and would deliver an adjustable platform bed (which was originally ordered for my husband’s back pain) as soon as he received more in stock. Well, we are 4 weeks out with multiple excuses and literally B.S. lies. Weeks of calling him, speaking with him and texting waiting at home for delivery, changing work schedules to accommodate his crew to telling me that he only does Pembroke Pines deliveries on Saturdays… another B.S. excuse. Most of my deliveries were actually done during the week. I even went back to the warehouse and spoke with the sales person who I dealt with and asked what was going on with our delivery. She, of course, was clueless. I even picked out another mattress for my son! She told me that I could pay via Zelle or CC # when he delivered on Saturday. That was 2 weeks ago. I thought Honesty is the best policy as a business owner. I am sure he will continue to business as he has been around for quite sometime. Be aware. He is NOT out for his customers he is only out for himself. Bad business decision, bad representation for “supposedly “ a successful local outlet with solid customers. Not my loss.

I am VERY pleased with my experience here. I have been here twice and this will be my go-to place from now on because the owner is awesome! The first time I came here, I found this place on google and needed a mattress fast because I just moved into my apartment in Sunny Isles. I ended up buying a Cali King, Dresser and Nightstand because of the great customer service, great quality, and fast same day delivery. Umm.. and the great price of course!!!! Fast forward two years, my husband and I moved to Coral Springs and need a king mattress for the spare bedroom. We visited so many places nearby and nothing compared. Since the mattress I originally purchased was in good condition and has no defect, I wanted to find this place again. I forgot the name but somehow remembered the warehouse though the review pictures. After confirming with the owner if he had a few firm Kings for us, we decided to drive there ( 45 minutes ) and we were not disappointed. We found exactly what we were looking for! His guy's loaded up the mattress on top of the cargo van in less than 10 minutes and we brought it home without any issues. Thank you so much and we look forward to doing business with you in the near future!

The guy George couldn’t care less about one’s satisfaction after getting your business/money. I recently went there to purchase just a bed (mattress, box and bedframe) George only showed me one style & was very dismissive to any further interactions. I’m not sure if the guy was racist or solely about business & nothing else, but he made me feel as if he didn’t want to hear about my experience of any kind… he just wanted my money & me out of his store immediately after our business transaction. Oddly enough, when the alleged “new” bed arrived there was an obvious rip in it as well as countless amount of strings from the stitches of the mattress sticking out everywhere (I took pictures as well as a video). When I called back the same day as well as the following day and left detailed messages I received no courtesy callback whatsoever.
