I was so happy with her service that I came back and purchased my dining room set and living room set as well.

My local Rooms to Go couldn’t get me a table I needed before a fast paced out of state move. Daniel saved the day! he offered me express shipment the next day. But I opted to drive to the warehouse myself to save myself some money. He answered all my questions and provided the address and details I needed to drive to the warehouse in Lakeland and pick it up myself! He also upsold me on the 3 year protection plan. What an impressive operation. The security guard at the gate checked my ID, told me where to park, and what door to go into. Once inside, they checked my ID, asked for my order number, and told me what docking bay to pull my vehicle up to. in less than three minutes, my flat packed dining room set was there waiting for me. The gentleman made sure I got everything loaded and had me sign off that I had received the delivery. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend doing the same for anyone who’s trying to save a little bit of money And get their furniture quickly. Hint, hint… this might be a great way for someone to pick up some holiday gifts on a tight schedule. Thanks again Daniel and the rest of the team for a flawlessly executed experience!!! P.S. I’m glad I borrowed my sister‘s Honda Pilot so that I could fit the five large boxes inside. My compact car hatchback would not have cut it! Travel details: New Port Richey to Lakeland Warehouse was 3.5 hours round trip.
