I guarantee you you will not find a cheaper brand new mattress or box spring without lacking quality anywhere else in the whole Hampton Roads area. We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes and the staff member helped us load both items in our truck. I called 5 different stores and everyone wanted $499 and up for a Queen size box string and mattress, I left this store with both items for under $300. For now on I will only shop here for any bed needs!

I bought a mattress around two weeks ago from the store which was a terrible choice I made in choosing the store. The people are not professional and sell worn-up mattresses to make money out of customers. Since they know that they do shady work, they do not allow any refund or get the worn-up mattress fixed. On that day, I kept asking many times if I could see the mattress before paying but they insisted that since it is in the store it will take around 20 min which I was totally fine with, but they were not cooperative. In addition, they did not even help me “as they should have” placed the mattress on the back of the truck instead, when the other guy left the young man dared to ask me to help him. What a messed-up service! It was a horrible service, bad/ rudest attitude. I WILL NOT recommend anyone to waste their energy and money to get a horrible service or worn-up mattress.

Andrew the manager there was really kind and gave me a super good deal and very quick delivery it was dropped off same day! As a student he got me a great quality mattress at a good deal. Thanks again Andrew!
