I went to a lot of different furniture stores while shopping for new living room furniture. Felicia was the only sales person who took the time to listen to what my needs were and find exactly what I wanted. Felicia made sure I was happy with my selection and happy with my price. If you shop Grand furniture in Newport News, ask for Felicia! She’s the best!

This store is a scam I had my furniture almost paid off it started falling apart they didnt fix it crying about covid. I got sick with stage C heart failure I called them told them to take the junk back they wouldn't fix it or take it . I went in for open heart surgery and spent the next 2 yrs fighting to live they took me to court and want more then I was going to pay when I owed like 400$ left on it .Now says owell you got sick not my fault huh .. Rude and disrespectful.... Trash company

Worst service ever. Ordered furniture in DECEMBER that they couldn’t deliver until Sunday Jan 11. Paid for delivery, waited all day until about 230p I called asked for an ETA Sasha that was very rude said “ between two and four” and hung up. 530 came still no delivery. I called again and what do you know Rude Sasha answered and sent me to James. While I was holding for James to answer, I received a call from C who states he would arrive in 25 minutes. At approximately 6 PM I received another call from see who states that they were broken down on the highway by Motel 6 and didn’t know if they were gonna make the delivery. I called customer care again spoke with James who states that the supervisor was a whole 40 minutes for James not to be able to locate the truck. Since they told me the location in which they broke down, I went to that location. There was no truck at the location, no truck on the highway northbound or westbound, no truck broken down insight at all. James then state. “ I can’t go back-and-forth about hearsay. I just have to take their word. And that he was never able to locate the truck and that those individuals don’t report to him.” I explained to James y’all had a month to deliver my items and in that time, I made sure that I was off from work, and my old furniture was removed from the home. I asked James what was the resolution as I paid for a delivery, and now I would be sleeping on a floor with my children. James states “ I guess I can get them to remove the 249 delivery fee And they will see about delivering on Tuesday.” I let James know I’m not available on Tuesday. I am however, available on Monday morning early. James states the warehouse is closed on Monday and then my items would be on a truck broken down until Tuesday. No remorse, no sympathy no apology every single conversation that I have with them I recorded, and I recorded the locations that they said that they were broken down it, and there was no vehicles. I even offered to rent a U haul and retrieve my items myself. Not to mention I have been calling the Newport News location ALL week no answer phone just rings. If I could give 0 stars I would. May you all never have another good nights rest

ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMANY !!!!! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED WHEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE TOLD ME TO GO TO ROOMS TO GO !!!!!! This is the most fraudulent company in the world. They will lie to to get you to buy something and then lie some more about insurance and how the insurance is very good. Couch legs just broke out of now where . its been 3 years and they cant even respond to phone calls or emails. and when you withhold payments they will send you to collections with more lies . Their protection plan and/or insurance plan is a scam . They will eventually tell you its a 3rd party insurance and as such they have no control over it. But they are ever ready to sell you the same 3rd party insurance and then act dumb when you ask how to contact said providers. THEY USE THE CHEAPEST MATERIALS

Fee is my girl! I've been buying furniture from her at Grand since 2009. And I'm about to see her again. Excellent customer service.
