Took my Dad to get a new bed. He is wheelchair bound and sleeps in his recliner. Our salesperson Corey was so patient and kind with Dad explaining every detail about the beds. Dad got to test one or two out and he fell in love!!! We cannot wait for it to arrive!

He was Very friendly and energetic and went through each line of Sleep Number beds, their benefits and ow to use the analytics to improve our sleep by adjusting to the diagnosis of our sleep patterns. He asked about our budget and was mindful to stay in that range.

We were really impressed with our experience at Sleep Number in Newport News. From the moment we walked in the door Corey took great care of us. We’ve been Sleep Number customers for about 20 years. He was able to pull up our purchase history and talk to us about our current preferences and needs. He gave us options and let us try beds and pillows. Very attentive and helpful but not pushy or overbearing. We’ll be customers for years to come.
