Writing this review about a week later after purchasing our mattress here. We had the pleasure of receiving assistance with Jaya. Jaya was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us figure out what we needed in a mattress. Jaya helped us select the perfect mattress for us while being respectful of our needs and budget. After about a week of testing the mattress, we can say we made a great purchase! No more back pain and we feel that we have a mattress that will last a long time. Highly recommend Mattress Pavilion to everyone! Thank you so much Jaya! We will be back when we plan on expanding.

After much consideration, we decided on the Diamond Latex Ultra Firm Queen Size mattress, which was on display for a fantastic price. The slight stain didn’t bother us at all, especially given the great discount! Adding to our satisfaction, we received free delivery and haul-away service, which was the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience. We bought a mattress that was highly recommended. However it turns out to be a poor quality. All margins and corners are sagging. Sellers are nice but take the highly recommended products with a grain of salt.

Sheryl was very helpful during the purchasing process and helped us find the right level of firmness we were looking for in a mattress. The delivery was handled smoothly and quickly.
