My experience at the Purple store at UTC was great! I went in on Sunday, and I was looking for a pillow. I was able to try the different array of options they had, and the guys working there were all super helpful and helped me out. I found the perfect pillow. Honestly, I was able to buy 2 pillows, and I will definitely be returning to purchase their mattresses! Great store, can't wait to go back.
View on GoogleI went in to buy a mattress today and they wouldn’t give me their best price. He just said I’ll make you happy with the price. It was $11,200 for a king with adjustable frame. I went across the street and Saatva sold me same bed with better adjustable frame for $4,000! I felt like I was at a used car lot in Purple.

View on GoogleI went to the Purple store in UTC in Febreuary 2026 and I knew I was going to buy a new mattress after the exceptional customer service Peter displayed during my visit. He was very kind, polite, and knew exactly what I was looking for as I explained my current mattress condition and what I was looking for in a mattress. After a month with the mattress, I would recommend Purple to anyone looking for a regular mattress or one with a ton of cool features that I didnt think I needed (adjustable frame, night lights, vibration, and 'zero g' mode). However, Peter is one of the reasons I decided not to shop around and stuck with Purple.

Thankfully, Kristin the manager took care of everything! She was professional and empathetic. She listened and never made excuses. After many emails and phone calls she had to make, she was able to turn the experience around! Purple is very lucky to have her (and Juan too!)
