They took the time to answer every question about financing, delivery, setup, warranties, and protection coverage. She explained everything clearly and honestly, which made a huge difference. My husband and I were browsing living room furniture with no plans for an immediate purchase as we just moved. We saw a sofa chaise that was similar to one we liked from a different store. We really liked it and it turned out to be the same exact style but slightly higher in price. Zach was able to work out a great deal for us, not only did he offer a price match, he was able to get us an additional discount on top of it since it was the last one available.
