Very good experience in the store very kind and very helpful. I bought a full size mattress for my kid and the price was great along with straightforward buying experience. I will definitely be buying from them again when I need an upgrade for myself.

View on GoogleAfter 20 years we had to get a new bed. We ended up at Mattress Planet after shopping the store we got the old mattress from, doing business with Mattress Planet was a wonderful experience, Randy was so knowledgeable, answered all our questions, knew the inventory and didn’t pressure us to “buy now!”. Please if you need a bed you need to stop by Mattress Planet. Our set up was also easy and quick. Check them out!!!!
View on GoogleIn today’s world it is hard to find excellent customer service combined with extensive product knowledge. A great example of that is Randy Day owner and General Manager at Mattress Planet in Fleming Island. We were so fortunate to work with Randy on our mattress purchase. He was very friendly, extremely accommodating and a true professional. I strongly recommend Randy and Mattress Planet. I love working with locally owned businesses and especially those that are as knowledgeable and easy to deal with as Randy at Mattress Planet in Fleming Island. Go see for yourself!!!!
View on GoogleHighly recommend Randy and Mattress Planet! We could not have had a better experience. It's all the better that this was with a local small business that's just around the corner. While shopping for a new mattress set, Randy walked us through the many options available, offering information on cost, quality, and comfort/firmness. More than patient with our questions and "test drives", Randy recommended accessories (pillows and sheets, for example) in a no-pressure, helpful way. We left excited about our new set and even returned for a second mattress set, declining other offers at local furniture stores as we looked to furnish a second room. After a week of use, I can confidently say that I haven't slept better!
