Bought a firm mattress in June. Before November it was already sagging when I lie down. I am 110 lb. The company claims that the mattress needs to be sagging 1 1/2 inches, without anyone on it, for warranty to be honored. But it sags when I lie down, so I got scammed. It is still uncomfortable, it is still not right, it shouldn't be sagging at all. They demand photos and lots of hoops, downloading of a "special" measurement stick, before filing the claim. But the point is, the mattress is of bad quality, and I am stuck with it because I don't have the time of physical ability to do what they want me to do. See, by design. Make it hard for normal people to navigate the process, cash in on the bad product that probably never passed the quality test but was sold anyway. Be aware of the scam
