Sleep Number

We spent a couple of hours yesterday, shopping for a new mattress and platform. Jimmy assisted us and my husband and I both agree that he was the most pleasant, professional, and courteous sales associate we have worked with in many months. He is extremely knowledgeable, not at all the stereotypical “pushy” sales person, and just a great person to do business with! Kudos to Jimmy!!

James was very helpful in our situation. He was very patient and helpful making sure we understood the differences between the beds we were considering. James did not use the normal high pressure sales techniques we often experience with large purchases. Thank you very much to James and Sleep Number. We are excitedly awaiting the delivery of our new bed.

Great experience! No pressure coupled with detailed information on the bed made the purchase seem like a social event. Our sales person, Jimmy was engaging and very knowable and understood exactly what we wanted. He’s the kind of guy I would like to go to lunch with.

Don’t buy a Sleep Number. The salespeople are nice and helpful. The showrooms are pretty. The product is HORRIBLE. Please look online for the many people who have issues, including mold, leaks, and bad parts. Sleep Number will not help you. They will not fix anything. You have to buy replacement parts that are super expensive and that’s if you can get someone who is willing to sell them to you. Our mattress deflates constantly. We’ve spent years and hundreds of dollars at this point trying to get a solution from Sleep Number. It’s affected our health. I can not recommend this product and I hope you do lots of research before deciding to spend a ton of money on one.

Ms. Nita at the Orange Park location was incredibly gracious and accommodating while we searched for our perfect mattress. She provided expert level guidance, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We cannot wait to take delivery of our sleep number bed and start sleeping better!
