I purchased a NEW sofa, but the store delivered a used and already assembled sofa with dirt marks and clear signs of wear. No factory packaging, no protective wrap — nothing. Meanwhile the ottoman from the same order arrived factory sealed, which proves the sofa should have been new as well. The seller admitted the problem but never provided the promised replacement or a delivery date. After months of waiting, nothing was resolved. Extremely disappointing experience. I do NOT recommend this store.

Salesman has very good customer services, he is understanding, cares about buyer's satisfaction than even making a sale. Advised us what bed to get especially with my back problems and a actually the bed works perfect. We went for two beds due to his professionalism we came home with 3 brand new beds. Thanks Mr Daniel . Definitely will buy from this store again and again.

I Had a great experience at Mattress Plus. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and helpful, and everything went smoothly from purchase to delivery. They had good selection and the prices seemed fair for the quality as the furniture looks great and feels solid. I’d definitely recommend them for good quality furniture and honest service.

This is an amazing place to shop, I’ve been getting my mattresses and other furniture here and I’m never dissatisfied! The delivery and assembly is pretty easy as well.

I first saw a piece of furniture posted in marketplace. It was a huge discount from what the original price would be. I sent a text message and ask if the price that's advertised really the price? Seller responded yes. Well it ended up being a little bit of a bait and switch. That money could be used as a down payment. I could then finance the rest of it. Plus he said 'he got me to the store and maybe I went by something else'.
