We went to this location, and had a great experience. We were immediately greeted by Craig. We told him exactly what we were looking for and what price range worked best for us. Craig immediately took us to review mattresses that were in our price range and comfortable. Craig offered multiple options and was very friendly. Craig answered multiple questions and information about the mattresses and frames offering us a great deal with a mattress and frame duo. Craig helped us and guided us with financing. This location gave us a great experience as well as the salesman. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mattress and for a great deal.

Felicity was our sales person. She was great! She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave my husband and I space to rest on different mattresses without hovering or being pushy which we appreciated. She made sure we got the appropriate discounts for the sale in effect that day. Now we just have to wait for delivery of the new mattress to see how that goes…

The experience was awesome from buying to delivery! I was unsure like many from reading reviews when buying a new matress since most models are not in stores to try out but to go by product info online, details ect. And reviews, which can be all over the place and confusing since we all are different in preferences and so on.. I just had a matress in mind and went to a store instead to get questions and knew they had a similar model too to try out. I'm so glad I did!! Thomas the sleep expert or I should say he was a truly sales expert!!! He had all my answers, wasn't trying to pressure me, and said what's the best way to buy along with reassurance that all will be A ok if I purchased from him in-store and placed the order for me vs online so if anything goes wrong I can contact him directly! And that my matress came from a local warehouse vs shipping from another state. I got texts, emails along the way and received my matress by the best delivery service ever! I am so Thankful for Thomas and the delivery crew!! They were lovely!!! I love my new 13.5" Plush Pillow Top Greenwood Mattress!!!!! Got her all put together, Just got to get my new bedtime setup soon!! First night sleep was awesome too!!

Jacob was amazing, he was busy with multiple customers, however, he checked back frequently. Jake answered all our questions intelligently and had several good bits of advice we had not considered before, excellent service.
