I had a great shopping experience at the store. I originally went in with a specific mattress in mind based on online reviews, but after trying it, I didn’t find it very comfortable. Steve took the time to explain my options and helped me find the right mattress. He was professional and friendly, never pushy. Steve was also very helpful with the follow-up. When I didn’t receive any communication from the delivery team, I reached out to him to check on the status. He immediately followed up and got back to me right away. Worked with Steve to purchase a new Mattress for my Dad. Was originally thinking of a Tempurpedic Firm item but given the specifics we were looking for, Steve suggested another brand that was a little cheaper and turned out to work perfectly.
