MATTRESS PLUS - HAMDEN CT

My husband has been complaining about our mattress and lack of sleep he's been getting lately. So we stop by Mattress Plus this morning to begin our search for a new one. The salesman Qasim greeted us and asked how he can help us. I explain that we currently have a memory foam mattress and my husband complains about the feeling of sinking in bed and his lack of sleep due to uncomfortability. I asked him what would he suggests. Qasim took his time explaining the difference of mattresses n the coils within. He recommended a few that would tailor to our desires. The one we felt most comfortable was over 3k. We thanked him for his assistance and explained we will shop around before making any purchase. He understood and wasn't aggressively trying to make the sale. However as we were leaving he offered us a deal that we couldn't resist by extending their black Friday sale promotion if we purchased today. We are grateful for the customer service he display as well as the knowledge he shared with us to ensure we purchase a bed that would resolve our current issues and finally get my husband a good night rest. Delivery time was reasonable we can't wait to sleep on our new BeautyRest Black pillowtop mattress. Thanks Qasim!

We worked with Qasim. He was very patient and listened to what I needed. He offered great advice without being pushy. Thanks to him now I will have the mattress that I have wanted for so long. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend anyone looking for mattress to talk to Qasim in Mattress Plus.

Buying my new bed from Mattress Plus in Hamden, CT was an excellent experience. Qasim could not have been more helpful, patient, or thorough. I was fairly sure I knew the brand I wanted, but to be certain of the exact model, we took plenty of time, and I knew I would be happy with my purchase for many years to come. It was an effortless process and Qusim made sure that I got the best deal possible considering the current promotions. Mattress Plus is a well established company, and I felt that my personal needs for a high quality bed, base, and accessories were met...perhaps exceeded!! --SF

Me and my Fiance had the best experience with Gerry. He helped us find the perfect bed and didn’t hound us. He let us decide on our own but gave great advice. I will come here again and again. Thank you for the new bed !!!

Wow great deals here. Tahir was wonderful, he found my wife and I the right mattress. Took his time, explained everything. Did I mention the deals, better than holiday sales.
