My husband has been complaining about our mattress and lack of sleep he's been getting lately. So we stop by Mattress Plus this morning to begin our search for a new one. The salesman Qasim greeted us and asked how he can help us. I explain that we currently have a memory foam mattress and my husband complains about the feeling of sinking in bed and his lack of sleep due to uncomfortability. I asked him what would he suggests. Qasim took his time explaining the difference of mattresses n the coils within. He recommended a few that would tailor to our desires. The one we felt most comfortable was over 3k. We thanked him for his assistance and explained we will shop around before making any purchase. He understood and wasn't aggressively trying to make the sale. However as we were leaving he offered us a deal that we couldn't resist by extending their black Friday sale promotion if we purchased today. We are grateful for the customer service he display as well as the knowledge he shared with us to ensure we purchase a bed that would resolve our current issues and finally get my husband a good night rest. Delivery time was reasonable we can't wait to sleep on our new BeautyRest Black pillowtop mattress. Thanks Qasim!
