I have to say, I have had a great experience with Ashey furniture from the time I walked in until my delivery experience. Both, the manager and store clerks did a fabulous job helping me find just the right look I was looking for. Furthermore, the delivery crew Cristian and his partner did an exceptional job delivering and putting my furniture together. I am beyond thrilled and pleased at the same time 😊

Abdul, Manager Donnie and the entire sales team were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect pieces without any pressure. The customer service representatives were responsive and kept me updated every step of the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. When it came to delivery, the delivery team was punctual, courteous, and careful with my furniture, ensuring everything was set up perfectly.

This is my 2nd time to Ashley Store and Molly had me coming back after the exceptional customer service she provided during my first visit 3 days ago. Molly was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know and then some, spending well over an hour going into great detail with everything I was interested in. Needless to say, she made a lasting impression and It’s been a pleasure writing this review. Ashley Store has gained very happy customer.

I’ve had a really great experience with Ashley Furniture. The selection is huge, from classic to more modern styles, and it’s one of the few places where you can actually find furniture that looks good and feels solid without the price getting ridiculous.
The showroom made it easy to visualize pieces together, and the sales staff was helpful without being pushy, which I appreciate more than anything. Delivery was smooth, on time, and the team treated my home and furniture with care. No rushing, no attitude, no mess left behind.
What really sold me is the quality for the price. Everything feels well made, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s furniture you can actually live on, not just look at.
I’d absolutely shop here again and recommend Ashley to anyone who wants reliable quality, fair pricing, and an easy buying experience.

My husband and I visited the Hamden Ashley's Furniture Store before Easter hoping to find a new sofa couch. Molly who was super nice and knowledgeable showed us different options and we loved one of the sofas, the problem was we needed it before Easter and it was too late for that. The next day Molly contacted us letting us know about a cancelation and possibility of delivering the sofa to us just before Easter. We were thrilled! The speedy delivery was great and the sofa looks amazing in our leaving room. Ashley will be the first furniture store we visit when we need new furniture. Thank you for a great experience!
