We had such a great experience mattress shopping thanks to Frank! He was incredibly informative, helpful, and friendly from the moment we walked in. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel comfortable the entire time…never pushy or overwhelming. He was knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. He didn’t gripe when we left the store to think about our options. What we appreciated most was how he stayed within our budget while still helping us find a mattress that felt perfect for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy. Highly recommend asking for Frank if you’re shopping here. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

He was really attentive, easy to talk to, and gave me space when I needed it without ever making me feel pressured. Whenever I had questions, he was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He worked with me on pricing, helped me sort through all the details, and made what could’ve been a daunting process feel smooth and simple. I ended up with a mattress I feel really good about, and I’m so glad Frank was the one helping me. Highly recommend Mattress Plus, and definitely ask for Frank!
