Mattress Queen

I wasn’t going to write a review but I really feed up. I went with this company because of the good I saw from you guys during Saud country cooking back to school drive. And I wanted to give yall a play. I purchased a bedroom set from this company in September and it was a nightmare from the time i swiped my card. My delivery was set to come the next day and I was so excited until I wasn’t. The delivery guy came to my home at 6:30 pm and left. He didn’t return until 11pm after the Eagles game. I called the owner mutiple times and ask him what is going on with my delivery and set up all to get the run around. I explained to him I am a Muslim woman with children and I do not feel comfortable with this man in my home and he told me he understands being though he is a Muslim himself. I asked for a refund and he told me that wasn’t a option and persistent that he come to my home to set up my bed only for it to not be correct. The bed was falling apart, screws were and are still missing, a box spring that didn’t fit up my steps that he was supposed to replace with a splitter and all the the trash in my home. I complaint to the owner only to be told that it was my responsibility to get rid of the trash. I went to lay on my bed and it fell apart. I had to inbox the owner at 2 in the morning with videos to show how the bed was completely broken. He promised me he would take off the delivery fees and send over a mirror and the splitter box spring and to this day I never got it. He had someone come over the next afternoon after I called out of work only to tell me that my bed is broke and that they would have to send out the replacement. It is now December 27 and I still haven’t received the replacement piece the mirror or have the delivery fees taking off and I purchase my bed on September 15th. This experience has truly been disheartening and hurtful. And I would never recommend anyone here.

Mattress Queen has earned my business! I have had several great experiences shopping with them. Hands down the best quality and price for mattresses in the city. Prompt delivery as well. I'm also still loving my kitchen furniture I purchased from them.
