Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I stopped by just to see if I could find a replacement for an old set I got previously at a different Raymour store. Adam took the time out to see if the discontinued items were available. It was a great experience and I was able to get what i needed even though it was discontinued. He was very patient and kind. That’s a first at a furniture store for me.

Adam was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we started shopping, he was attentive and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions, showed us multiple options, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. His accommodating nature and attention to detail made such a difference. We purchased two beautiful dining tables thanks to his excellent guidance. Adam is a true asset to the team, and we highly recommend asking for him. Thank you, Adam!

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Adam. We were greeted right away and he helped us throughout the entire visit. Adam was extremely informative, patient, and accommodating as he showed us mattresses, pillows, and dining room sets, taking his time to walk us around the store and answer all of our questions. He was never pushy — just very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He worked up pricing and deals for my mom, made sure she was comfortable with her purchase, and even offered us water and small gifts, which was such a nice touch. My mom ended up purchasing an excellent mattress and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Adam, for making this such a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend!

The dining room set that I had previously ordered was discontinued. I contacted the store, met with the store manager, and they were able to get me another dining room set comparable to my previous set. They treated me as a valuable client with courtesy and professionalism.

I'm sorry too see this store location close (as of this post, they haven't closed) because I'm a frequent shopper at this store. Right now, they are having a 65% off sale on the entire store. Hubby and I came in looking to purchase a mattress and we were helped by Hugo. He was pleasant when explaining all the closing deals and said he would leave us be to continue browsing. We were happy with his assistance.
