Mattress Showroom Rancho Mirage

I recently purchased an adjustable bed from this Mattress Showroom, and the entire experience was exceptional. Gabriel and Joni, the salespeople who assisted me, were professional, courteous, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to understand my needs, provided detailed information, and made sure I got a great bed adjuster at a fair price. The delivery was smooth and on time, reflecting the same high level of professionalism. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. Highly recommend this showroom, especially if you get to work with Gabriel and Joni!

IT doesn’t get any better than Gabriel at Rancho Mirage store! He is the best customer service person, it doesn’t get any better! He graciously helped me find a compatible bed for the mattress set we purchased. He was totally patient, super knowledgeable and helpful with our mattress purchase. I highly recommend Gabriel if you’re looking for mattress and or bedframe support! Thanks Gabriel!

If you're in the market for a bed, you must see Gabriel at the Rancho Mirage store. He was our wonderful guide in choosing our new bed. Not only did Gabriel offer great service, his delivery crew, Rudy and Chito were equally great as well. Thank you so much for making the bed buying process such a breeze!

Gabe is amazing!!!! He helped me over and above what he could have with my purchase. Signing my receipt and sending it back to him was super easy. I had a saved signature on my Adobe editor and just selected it. I paid for my item without actually receiving it and trusted that he would make sure I got it delivered. He called back and told me what day it would be delivered and that’s what happened. I have full confidence in recommending Gabe and Mattress Showroom!!

My wife and I bought our first mattress at Mattress Showroom in 2013. The service was so good I continue to come back for all of my mattress needs. I have shopped other mattress stores trying to get a better deal but always end up back at Mattress Showroom. This is mainly because of the Salesman that helps me (Gabriel) spends the time understanding my needs and listens to me on why I'm there. I shouldn't call him a Salesman, I really don't like Salesmen but Gabriel is more of a consultant. He knows his mattresses and is not going to sell me something I do not need just to make a sale. I trust his judgment. Thank you Gabriel for all your help with the last 5 mattresses.
