Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

It's very nice to walk a store and not get bugged. My sister and I went into Bob's and we were free to walk and look at stuff. When I was ready to purchase a wonderful associate by the name of Marie helped me. She is very good at her job, very polite and professional. I would recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Marie and I'm looking forward for my furniture.

Keith my sales person was wonderful very patient and calm , the manager was helpful when we ran into a problem and she saved the day :) it was a good experience and I got the perfect couch!

My partner and I had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture in Palm Desert, thanks to AJ. We recently purchased a modular sectional, and AJ made the entire process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful in walking us through all of our options, clearly explaining the warranty and financing details without any pressure. What really stood out was how comfortable and confident he made us feel in our decision. Buying furniture can sometimes feel overwhelming, but AJ kept things relaxed, informative, and even fun. By the end, we were not only confident in our purchase but genuinely excited for our new piece to arrive. Highly recommend working with AJ if you’re shopping at the Palm Desert location—he really elevates the experience.

The sales rep (Rosa) at the Palm Desert store was friendly, knowledgeable and stayed in contact until the sale was finalized. I've bought many pieces from Bob's over the years and have always been satisfied.

Our sales woman Abbie was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She was not pushy and listened to what we wanted and found us a couch and breakfast table like we wanted. Very nice products and great service today. We will be back. Hopefully they get some breakfast table chairs with arm rests.
